Terms and Conditions

Bellagio Lifestyle & Co accepts payment by credit card or PayPal, using the secure services of PayPal. All prices listed are in Australian dollars, and are inclusive of 10% GST.

 

For all custom-made items Bellagio Lifestyle & Co requires a deposit of 30% of the quoted item with the remaining balance due when the item(s) arrive at our warehouse and prior to delivery to your home address.

 

Bellagio Lifestyle & Co does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products. Many of the items available at Bellagio Lifestyle & Co are handmade, and may have minor imperfections which are an unavoidable consequence of their handmade nature. If you have any queries in relation to a specific piece listed online which may have imperfections, please contact us for further information at email/phone number

 

Neither Bellagio Lifestyle & Co nor its employees, agents or contractors are liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related in the use to this website or any other website linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive, or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data or information.

 

Bellagio Lifestyle & Co reserves the rights to update the terms & conditions set out herein without notice.




Shipping

Local deliveries of larger pieces of furniture or artworks are arranged using Bellagio Lifestyle & Co’s own delivery service or through an independent contractor. Delivery fees for Melbourne ,metropolitan and country Victoria only are quoted at time of purchase.

 

Shipping within Australia is calculated using the size, weight and fragility of the item/s to be shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. We use an Independent furniture removalist for SA, NSW, Southern QLD. All transport and shipping costs are paid by the purchaser. A signature may be required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier.

Bellagio Lifestyle &Co accept no responsibility for delays in shipping, and or customs quarantine periods, from port of origin to port of destination.




Return & Exchange

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please advise us in writing within 5 business days of receipt of the item you have purchased, including the order number and the reasons why you are dissatisfied with the item.

We do not issue credit notes in the case of changing ones mind.

 

When sending returned items to Bellagio Lifestyle & Co, we advise you use registered post as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your credit note or exchange. In considering any application for refund or exchange, Bellagio Lifestyle & Co reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt. All shipping costs are borne by the purchaser

 

In the situation where you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason other than a faulty or incorrect item, you may exchange within 10 days of purchase. All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item to be exchanged and dispatch of the replacement item are to be paid by the customer. In addition, all items returned to Bellagio Lifestyle & Co for exchange must be intact and in saleable condition.  

All credit notes must be used within 18 months of issue.

We do not issue refunds on delivered or shop taken items.
